Empowering Rural Women · Building Independent Futures

About Us

Founded by three high-school students with a vision to empower rural communities

"What would it take for every girl in our villages to dream freely and stand independently?"

Born in the heart of rural Rajasthan, our journey started when a group of young women saw how many girls were forced to give up on their potential simply because no one had guided them — not about their rights, their money, or the many paths life could offer.

So, we began — sitting under trees, inside school verandas, and at panchayat courtyards — holding conversations that mattered. We spoke about legal awareness, financial literacy, and self-reliance. We helped young girls from government schools understand that their futures could hold more than the usual choices; that "government jobs" weren't the only definition of success.

Over time, what started as a handful of circles turned into a movement. Today, Daughters of Bharat has reached 6,000 women and girls across two states — Rajasthan and Haryana, touching three districts and several rural communities.

Our Goal Remains the Same:

To help every woman develop the soft skills, confidence, and awareness needed to stand tall — not just as daughters of their families, but as daughters of Bharat.
