Practical, accessible programs designed for rural communities
Our programs are designed to be practical, immediately applicable, and culturally sensitive to the needs of rural girls and women.
Short, accessible sessions that explain basic rights, reporting routes, and local contact points. We distribute printed legal rights booklets to ensure information reaches every woman.
Budgeting, simple banking, saving, and how to use common financial services safely. Practical, example-driven activities for real-world application.
Presenting multiple career paths beyond government jobs. Information on vocational courses, skill programs, scholarships, and locally accessible options.
Training local volunteers to run repeat sessions and building volunteer teams to expand reach and ensure continuity in rural communities.
Every session is designed to be engaging, practical, and immediately useful
Warm-up activities to create a comfortable environment and gauge participants' current knowledge and needs.
Interactive learning through slides, group activities, role-playing, and practical examples relevant to participants' daily lives.
Address individual questions, distribute printed booklets, and provide contact information for local support agencies.
Everything needed to run effective sessions in rural communities
Projector/phone slides with visual content designed for easy understanding across different literacy levels.
Legal rights booklets with local contact information, reporting procedures, and basic rights information.
Simple tracking forms to monitor participation and follow up with participants.
Local support agencies, helplines, and emergency contacts specific to each district.
We don't just deliver sessions - we ensure lasting impact through follow-up support
After each session, we create WhatsApp groups with participants to provide ongoing access to resources, answer questions, and share relevant updates. These groups serve as safe spaces for women to discuss challenges and seek support.
Regular sharing of relevant articles, videos, and updates about opportunities, rights changes, and local resources. Content is curated to be practical and immediately applicable.
Participants receive contact information for local NGOs, government agencies, and support services. We maintain updated directories to ensure women know where to turn for help.
Volunteers conduct follow-up visits and phone calls to assess the impact of sessions and identify additional support needs in the community.

Maximizing the impact of our legal rights booklets
Bring booklets to every session, regardless of the main topic. Even if discussing financial literacy or career options, legal rights information is always relevant.
Leave booklets at local anganwadis, panchayat offices, women's groups, schools, and health centres to ensure maximum reach and accessibility.
Record where and to whom booklets are distributed. This helps us track reach, plan reprints, and identify areas needing more resources.
Check back with distribution points to see if more booklets are needed and gather feedback on their usefulness.
Any school, women's group, NGO, panchayat, or community centre in our service areas can request a session. We'll work with you to schedule a session that meets your community's specific needs.
